I am a graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and International Relations of the Andrzej Frycz – Modrzewski Krakow Academy, majoring in Law. I completed my legal counsel apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Krakow, and since 2021 I have been registered in the list of legal counsels (KR-4886).
I gained my professional experience over many years working in a law office advising companies and individual clients in the areas of civil, business, commercial and immigration law, among others, as well as in a multinational corporation in the IT industry.
For years I have specialized in serving micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. I support Boards of Directors of companies by creating corporate and employee documentation. I negotiate contracts, help resolve disputes. I transform, liquidate, merge legal entities: companies, business activities. In the area of individual client services, I also solve small disputes, legal issues dilemmas – I advise individual clients, including consumers, explain the intricacies of the law, help create appropriate letters, communicate with the other party, seek favorable solutions to any dispute.
For many years, I have also been dealing with all issues related to the stay of foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Poland, starting with assistance to employers in the legal employment of foreigners, assistance to foreigners in obtaining permits for temporary or permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland, as well as comprehensive advice on the possibility of doing business by foreigners, selection of the form of business, assistance in contacting the relevant offices and state authorities. I also have considerable experience in obtaining permission from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration (MSWiA) for a foreigner to acquire real estate throughout Poland.
